Glossybox April 2015
I love Glossybox. Some of the boxes have been a bit rubbish, but for what I pay I am happy with what I get and a monthly surprise other than the gift I get from mother nature is very welcome here! This month I LOVED the box.
Lord & Berry – Kiss – Crayon Lipstick
If you watched my YouTube video you will know this super smooth Lord & Berry Crayon Lipstick, applies quickly, is build-able, not tacky, quite matte and a rather lovely colour. If you didn’t watch the video – you know now too!
POP Beauty Kajal pen – with smudger
This is really easy to blend, super soft and leaves a lovely smokey effect. Something I love about this is the wood of the pencil black, giving it a sleeker design than some others on the market.
Color Club – ‘Barely There’ Nail Lacquer
I thought the colour was nice, I don’t really think two coats gave a great coverage – but for the price I would probably purchase it (and use it a lot). My Favourite nude(ish) nail is still Ciaté – Pocket Money.
Nougat London – Nurturing Hand Cream – Cherry Blossom
As a parent, baker, chef, chief teacher and everything else I am the owner of two dry hands. So anything that intensely moisturises, is absorbed quickly and smells nice is a winner in my book. Although I enjoyed the cream, really like the scent and found it to absorb quickly I felt it was lacking the moisture that I really need from a hand cream. This has however made it into the handbag because of it’s wonderfully useful size.
Darphin – Esquisage – Beauty Revealing Cream
This product has made my life better. I have used this cream a few times now and I really enjoy it. I love the soft and delicate scent, it feels replenishing and moisturising, it absorbs very quickly and apart from the price point is perfect!
