I am in the 18% that get 8-9 hours. I am surprised that is so low though, though there is so much to do in the day it can be difficult to switch off. More so when you put children in the mix, extra timetables to keep track of. I am also in the 57% of people who use reading to wind down, there is nothing like a good book and a snuggly duvet to really relax for me. I can’t stand using mobiles/iPads/laptops at bed time, I instantly get all wired – in work mode and then I can’t sleep for hours thinking about what I’ve just read about someone/something – ergh!
I am a creature of habit – I like my own bed. Lumps, bumps and creaky springs!
Without a doubt the most annoying this is Mr M’s SNORING! But worse than that is he has taken to watching movies when I fall asleep – nothing worse than being woken up all dramatically to gunfire and bombs!
Which %’s do you fall under?
