R is for rage, sometimes you might feel like the hulk, another R is respect – earn it and give it,
S is for space, you will need some, they will need some, and sometimes you need some together too
T is for time, your most valuable asset. You don’t have as much as you think – use it wisely
U is for understanding. Your toddler might need you at 4am, they might also brush their hair with mashed potato… Understanding is key,
V is for vocalising. Your words can build your child or knock them down, say it with care,
W is for wonderful but not all the time
X is for expectations, yours and theirs. Meet half way when you can
Y is for YOU, you are the heart of the family, take care of yourself
