There are plenty of tasty places keeping the Buckinghamshire dating scene’s full to the brim. Yet, The Pilgrim offers something a little bit different. It has a Michelin Star, and people speak highly of the service and the food.

The Pilgrim has a massive range of food on the menu, including Free Range Rear Breed Meats, sustainable fish, and veggies from their own veggie patch!

The menu changes weekly, so after your first visit, you can head back to try something different the week after.

You don’t need to book, and you don’t need to order food either!

Opening Times: Subject to change during COVID-19.

Claydon House

If National Parks and Gardens are your things, then Claydon is a must-see. It has been around since the 1600s and has a series of stunning 18th-century features.

They have an onsite shop, somewhere to eat and plenty to see.

It is a super peaceful place to take a date or to stroll around with friends.

Claydon Estate also has events throughout the year, including fayres and festivals.

For special occasions, you might even consider staying in one of the holiday cottages!

You can check the website for all of the details.

Skirmish Wycombe

Skirmish Wycombe is one of the paintballing experiences in Buckinghamshire. It has a paintballing area and outdoor activities, including laser tag and mini paintballing.

It has a vast 16-acre site and 10 different game zones.

Laser tag is perfect for those who don’t love the idea of shooting a new person on a first date but still have a competitive streak.

At the moment, there are limits on the minimum number of people. You need 12 people to book a paintballing session.

If you can’t wait and want to book just for two, then UK Paintball has different booking options.
