Okay so here is some Lunchbox Inspiration for you. We have been home educating for years now, but in the time lunch time can become so monotonous. So, to add some fun into it, I decided to make themed lunches. I will write below each picture what is in it too.

This is Noodle Panda. A bowl filled with normal packet noodles, cooked as described on the pack. The ears and eyes are nori, I just cut the shape from a sheet. In the fruit portion we have melon and in the greens we have a tomato and butterhead lettuce.

Seafood and Eat it! This one is really simple, blue food colouring in the water while you boil the plain pasta, topped with prawns, chives and butterhead lettuce. One portion of cheese and pineapple, one portion of ‘sea froth yoghurt’ – natural yoghurt with coconut sprinkles on. Crab for cool points.

Outdoor Eating – garden inspired lunch. Puy lentils topped with fresh parsley and chives (to look like grass), ‘garden salad’ – so tomatoes and lettuce. Strawberry yoghurt and a side of homegrown watercress.

Munshi Monsters Noms. Plain cracker, red food colouring, edamame beans for feet, cheese and food colouring eyes, chive for the sprout, mini fizzy bottles for a treat, strawberries, and butterhead lettuce.
