Something that I look forward to in the summer is the salads for dinner. I don’t know why I only have them in the summer but I do. I like comfort food in the winter. That might be about to change but let’s just see how this week goes. Another thing that is important to use is nutrition, I am still breastfeeding Ivy and she is also weaning so we really want to have a healthy and quick meal each evening.

Each day I will post the recipe with a few snaps of how it went. If you want to join in then I am using recipes from Harry Eastwood’s ‘Salads for all seasons’ and we are adding extra bags of Florette salads to each one.

P.S I saw the celery typo but, it’s such a bum ache to go a build another pretty. So, uhm… will do it later. Promise!
